What does your organization do?
Mile High Youth Corps’ YouthBuild works with young people 18-24. The program provides a pre-apprenticeship construction training program and basic construction skills certification (HBI PACT); on-the-job learning; GED classes and testing support; career and post-secondary education readiness activities; leadership development; life skills and wellness support; case management and supportive services; placement support and 12 months of post-program follow up. Our program is a minimum of six months, participants receive a paid stipend and have the opportunity to earn a post-secondary scholarship which may use for additional certifications and trainings or other post-secondary pursuits.
