2020 Recruitment Campaign Communication Goals:

Increase recruitment applicants within WORKNOW for construction jobs in the targeted zip codes by educating communities on the economic opportunities available through employment and pathways and business ownership, emphasizing “Building More, Building You.”

Targeted Outcomes:

  • Increase overall enrollment into WORKNOW of candidates interested in working in construction (the WHO), then
  • Develop and drive a pipeline:
  • On-the-job-prep (getting work-ready, plus additional training through):
  • Ensure we’re managing, and gating expectations with all of our stakeholder groups throughout the process
  • Increase the number of events designed specifically to engage or support target populations
  • Ensure we balance enrollment and service access across partners
  • Target 100% of partners participating in outreach activities
