Employers Instructions and Expectations
From the very beginning of WORKNOW, it’s been our CORE belief that YOU matter, and can help change the industry and make our community better. More than ever, we’re leaning into our original commitment during these challenging times, understanding that we’re building more together.
WORKNOW is launching its 2020 recruitment campaign on Saturday, August 15th! Over the course of three months, ending on November 10th, we will use digital marketing campaigns that highlight the upcoming services, networking nights, and pieces of training that will get job seekers ready for when you have hiring needs. We want to bring you into the recruitment efforts as an employer that values retention on their crews and employee success.
As an employer partner, we want to invite you to be a part of the events that will take place between August 15th – November 15th. If you have any networking nights, orientations, job fairs, or other significant events, we ask that you post them in the Portal/Google calendar. We will be using this calendar as the time table for when our social media posts go live.
For this recruitment campaign, please use the attached digital toolbox. This toolbox holds the expectations we have for recruitment with employer partners, the digital assets you can use for this quarter, and information about the navigator your referred employees will be assigned to so they can successfully enroll in the WORKNOW program.
The benefit of participating in this campaign is endless: Invest in your employee retention, get your future crew ready and equipped before you have hiring needs, and leverage the WORKNOW network so our navigators refer more accurate candidates to your open positions.
We hope you will participate with us. The first social media post can go out no later than August 13th to promote our first Peer-to-Peer networking night (post attached).
