For our dreams to become real, we must work to make it so. At our core, we believe in the impossible. Unfortunately, not everyone has been able to benefit from this prosperity. Through constructive dialogue that leads to innovative solutions, we aim to stand in the gap in many of these communities that feel left behind.
Rooted in fairness and inclusivity, Colorado Resource Partners (CORE), an alliance of training and resource programs, presents our employment platform WORKNOW to expand the pipeline of local construction workers and to support community-centered hiring on infrastructure projects.
We believe our new collective impact platform, and our collection of wrap-around services will be a long-term solution to issues in Colorado’s workforce development ecosystem, as it will make the system work better for everyone.
